Yourtube Glitch, Cant moderate group members?

This Video shows a problem with Youtube, It needs to be fixed. I am sorry for people who have tried to join the group in the past 3 days, I can not approve new members until this glitch sorts itself out, Or when YouTube sort them selves out.
